To maintain platform integrity and prevent abuse, we verify that users meet our age and eligibility requirements at registration. Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, exchanged, transferred for money, or converted into cash, prizes, merchandise, gift cards, or anything else of real-world value. New accounts receive a free starting balance, and more virtual coins may be available through daily bonuses, promotions, tournaments, and optional coin packs. Virtual-coin purchases are final and non-refundable once successfully delivered. A payment may be corrected or reversed only for a duplicate charge, verified non-delivery caused by a technical failure, a verified unauthorized transaction, a legally required reversal, a bank or payment-provider dispute, or an exceptional administrator-approved reversal while the entire purchase remains unused. Any reversal is limited to the original charge, returns only to the original payment method, and is never based on winnings or the current wallet balance. If any coins from a purchase have been wagered, spent, transferred, or committed to tournament play, the purchase is not eligible for a voluntary refund. Payment reversals are not coin redemption and never create a right to cash out virtual coins.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time of the offer. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotions, or collusion, will result in forfeiture of bonus coins and potential account termination. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. All bonuses are awarded as virtual coins with no cash value.
